Patient guide

Everything you need before your visit: how to book, what to bring, and how to prepare for the most common tests.

Booking

  1. Call, WhatsApp or use the online booking form. No referral is needed.
  2. Tell the clinic what the visit is for, so the right time is set aside.
  3. The clinic confirms your appointment and any preparation.

Monday to Saturday. Call to confirm today's timings.

What to bring

  • Previous prescriptions and a list of all medicines, including supplements
  • Reports of earlier endoscopies, colonoscopies, scans and blood tests
  • Discharge summaries from any hospital stay
  • An identity document
  • A family member, if you are having a procedure with sedation

Preparing for a procedure

Each procedure page has a preparation section. The most common are upper GI endoscopy (fasting for about 6 hours) and colonoscopy (bowel preparation the day before). You will receive written instructions when you book.

Always tell the clinic in advance if you take blood thinners, diabetes medicine or insulin, or if you are pregnant.

Costs and insurance

Fees depend on the consultation and any tests or procedures. Ask the clinic for an estimate when you book, and check with your insurer whether the procedure is covered.
